Rob started their career as an Office Manager at ABF Health Services, where they handled accounting responsibilities and conducted outside sales. Rob then joined Kforce Inc, where they held multiple roles including Senior Account Executive and Managing Director. In these positions, Rob developed client relationships and provided accounting and finance professionals to clients. After their tenure at Kforce, they joined TalentBridge as a Regional Vice President, focusing on building relationships and delivering comprehensive staffing services. Currently, Rob is the Market Vice President at Roth Staffing, overseeing their staffing practices in various cities.
Rob Ayres attended Missouri State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. Rob then proceeded to enroll at Lindenwood University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration.
