David Wharton

David Wharton is an experienced digital transformation and IT management professional with over 25 years of expertise in various roles. Currently serving as the Digital Transformation Manager at Rother District Council since January 2012, David oversees the transition to a digitally supported environment, managing three divisions: Corporate Data, Business Analysis, and ICT Projects & Systems Development. Prior experience includes positions at East Sussex County Council, where David was the Continual Service Improvement Manager and received the 2011 'Real Achievement' award, as well as roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, SQS Group, Rank Hovis McDougall, Sky, and others. David holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Information Systems Design from Kingston University.
