Soniya Patel

Soniya Patel has extensive experience in commercial real estate origination and credit risk management. Soniya currently serves as Head of US Commercial Real Estate Origination at Rothesay and as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Avasara Foundation. Prior to this, Soniya held the position of Director - European CMBS at S&P Global Ratings and worked in commercial real estate financing at Prudential Financial. Soniya Patel is an alumnus of Northwestern University and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
