Joseph Nixon

Joseph Nixon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and training across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Hiring and Field Training Manager at Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service since February 2019, Joseph oversees the recruitment, hiring, and retention of service technicians while managing high-volume recruitment efforts. Previously, as the Operations/General Manager at Newpoint Services, LLC, Joseph developed a communication system for real-time task management and optimized staffing schedules to enhance client satisfaction and profitability. Joseph also held roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where as Senior Store Manager, there was a focus on improving customer experience and reducing expenses, and as Department Manager, training staff in superior service delivery. Joseph began the career as a Production Artist at Firehouse Image Center, specializing in color correction and print calibration. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Southern Indiana between 2000 and 2005.
