Jon Pleece has a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management. Jon currently holds the position of Global Head of HSE at Rotork since March 2022, where they have successfully implemented the Global HSE program for COVID-19, resulting in zero onsite virus transmissions. Jon is also responsible for developing and implementing new global standards and frameworks.

In this role, they led a team to improve the EHS performance of the engine blade manufacturing group, achieving significant progress from being one of the worst performing to the top 5.
Jon started their career at Envirowales Limited as an EHS Advisor from January 2011 to September 2011. Jon focused on improving the risk assessment, safe working methods, and implementing cultural change in a challenging lead recycling environment. Jon also achieved key performance indicators such as reducing accidents and lowering lead levels in blood results.
