Sam Barber

Sam Barber is a seasoned engineering professional with a robust background in electronic systems and test automation. Currently serving as the Global Test Automation Manager at Rotork since January 2023, Sam previously held senior roles at Dyson, including Global System Verification Senior Manager and Senior Electronic Systems Test Engineer, where expertise in Verification Hardware in Loop (HIL) testing was developed. At Visteon, Sam served as Senior EMC Test Engineer, leading a team in testing electronic vehicle components, while earlier experience as Electrical and Electromagnetic Trials Engineer at QinetiQ included conducting aircraft level trials and leading trials activities. Sam's career began with a graduate scheme at QinetiQ, following the completion of an MEng in Electronic Engineering from the University of Warwick in 2007.
