Christopher Owen

Christopher Owen is a seasoned communications professional with experience spanning various roles in media and event management. Currently a Communications Specialist at WatchGuard Technologies since November 2021, Christopher also serves as a Soccer Writer and Podcaster at RotoWire, co-hosting a fantasy soccer podcast and managing a team of writers covering over 150 professional soccer teams. As a nominee for the 2023 Fantasy Sports Writers Association award for Best Fantasy Podcast, Christopher has demonstrated expertise in delivering data-driven insights to fantasy players. Previous positions include Communications Specialist at Vail Resorts, where Christopher developed strategic communication plans and managed media relations, as well as roles in marketing and public relations at various organizations. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, Television, and Film, along with Communication Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
