Tom France

Tom France has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Tom started their career as a Surveyor at Carter Jonas in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Tom then joined Avison Young as a Senior Surveyor in 2011 and stayed until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Tom worked at Paladin Capital as a Development Manager, where they managed planning and development for various projects across the UK. In 2017, they moved to Round Hill Capital and held the role of Senior Vice President - Development Manager until 2020. Tom was then promoted to Head of UK Investment, where they currently lead investment and development acquisitions for student housing, residential build to rent, and single family housing, with a focus on the UK and Ireland. Tom has acquired and developed more than 10,000 units/beds with a value exceeding €3bn. Tom is also responsible for growing a team and expanding development projects in other European countries like Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, and Germany.

Tom France completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from The University of Manchester, with honors of 2.1, from 2004 to 2007. Following that, from 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading and achieved a merit.
