Beth Snyder

Beth joins Roundstone as an entrepreneurial leader with more than 25 years in operations management and consulting for high-growth companies. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Beth brings a passion for helping others grow and a systems mindset to the Claims, Underwriting, and IT teams. She works collaboratively across teams to facilitate continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Beth most recently served as Vice President of Operations for Tech Elevator, where she led the scaling of infrastructure and teams to support 50% year-over-year growth and a 95% employee retention rate. She was a founding leader of Vox Mobile, a technology services company focused on mobile innovation.

Beth received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
