Michael Haddis

Michael Haddis is an experienced financial and appraisals analyst with a strong background in evaluating construction equipment and conducting mortgage bond trading activities. Currently an Appraisals Analyst at Rouse Services, LLC, Michael has completed detailed appraisal reports valued at up to $1 billion for top banks and Fortune 500 companies. Previously, Michael served as a Financial Analyst at PennyMac Loan Services, leading mortgage bond trading and minimizing risk in transactions exceeding $100 million. Additional experience includes roles as an investment intern and project analyst intern, where Michael developed strong analytical skills and cultivated relationships within the investment community. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Actuarial Mathematics from UCLA.
