John Grasso has extensive experience in the contact center industry, currently serving as a Contact Center Specialist at Windstream Communications and as a Senior Sales Executive at Presence Technology. Since October 2017, John has also provided consulting services in contact center management as a self-employed professional. Previously, John held various roles in esteemed companies including Avaya, Cisco Systems, Williams Communications, and Nortel Networks, predominantly in sales and engineering positions focused on contact center solutions. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Spring Garden College between 1980 and 1985.
