Sagar Joshi

Sagar Joshi is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in the development and management of advanced technology solutions. Currently serving as a Software Senior Engineer at Avaya, Sagar leads the engineering efforts for the Avaya Experience Platform, specializing in omni-channel contact center routing. Previous roles include positions at GS Lab as a Senior Software Engineer and Associate Technical Manager, where responsibilities ranged from escalation management for Cisco's Video Surveillance Manager to overseeing VoIP and web conferencing projects. Sagar also held various positions at IBM, contributing to projects involving audio/video conferencing and chat compliance.
