Varun Kumar K has over 19 years of experience in software, focusing on product development, design, performance management, testing, implementation, and integration of telecom software applications. Currently serving as a Technical Delivery Lead at Avaya since January 2009, Varun has also held roles as a Senior Solution Consultant and Technical Consultant, gaining over 14 years of expertise specifically in the Avaya Contact Center space. Previous experience includes positions at Mars Telecom Systems as a Member of Technical Staff and at Pandora Networks as a Senior Software Engineer. Varun holds an Executive General Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras.
