Lindsay Ringgold has over 18 years of work experience. Lindsay began their career in 2000 as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Intern for the Baltimore County Department of Public Works, Director's Office. During a year-long internship while pursuing a B.S. in Geography and Environmental Planning from Towson University, they performed quality assurance/control analysis of the Sewer & Storm Drain Keysheet Conversion Project. The following year, they were a Student Cartographer for the Maryland State Highway Administration, where they helped develop or update Dorchester County's (Maryland) cultural and geographic features on the Maryland State Highway Map.

In 2002, Lindsay became the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Technical Director for the City of Baltimore, Mayor's Office, CitiStat. As GIS Technical Director, they were one of six analysts on a team that reported to Baltimore's then-Mayor Martin O'Malley and their advisors. In 2007, they moved on to become a Senior StateStat Analyst for the State of Maryland, Governor's Office. In this role, they developed and tracked performance metrics through StateStat, Governor Martin O'Malley's signature government performance and efficiency initiative.

In 2010, Lindsay joined the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Forestry Division as the Tree-Mendous Maryland Coordinator. As director of the program, they managed three central initiatives: Marylanders Plant Trees; the Gift of Trees; and the Sale of Trees.

Finally, in 2013, Lindsay began their current role as a Client Success Manager and Technical Marketing Engineer at RouteSmart Technologies. As Technical Marketing Engineer, they are considered a technical expert for RouteSmart's Business Development team and provides support with a focus on geographic data analysis and routing optimization outputs.

Lindsay Ringgold attended Notre Dame Prep from 1993 to 1997. Lindsay then went on to Towson University and obtained a BS in Geography & Environmental Planning in 2002. Since then, they have obtained numerous certifications, including a Certified Solution Engineer Maintenance from WalkMe in May 2022, an ArcGIS Pro Foundation 2101 from Esri in April 2022, and a Certified Digital Adoption Solution Engineer from WalkMe in November 2020. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Avoiding Common Pitfalls in Customer Success Management, Business Fundamentals for Customer Success Managers, Engagement Evaluation Best Practices for Customer Success Management, Engagement Preparation Best Practices for Customer Success Management, Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management, Value Realization Best Practices for Customer Success Management, and Customer Success Management Fundamentals, all obtained in April 2021.
