Benjamin Noyan

Benjamin Noyan has extensive work experience in various roles within the financial industry. In 2016, they worked as a Cross Asset Solutions Trading & Structuring Off-Cycle Analyst at Credit Suisse. Benjamin then moved on to Aberdeen Standard Investments in 2017, where they served as an Investment Management Summer Analyst. In 2018, Benjamin worked as a Visiting Consultant at Oliver Wyman before joining Hg as an Investment Professional. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman. In 2021, Benjamin founded their own company, rouvia, where they currently hold the position of Founder & CEO.

Benjamin Noyan obtained their MSc in Advanced Finance and Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they specialized in Alternative Investments and Corporate Finance. Prior to this, they completed their Hons. BSc in International Business Administration also at the Rotterdam School of Management, with a focus on Corporate Finance and M&A.
