Rubén García

Rubén García is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Head of EMEA & APAC Global HR at Rovensa, Rubén has previously held significant roles such as HR Director for Iberia & Sub-Saharan Africa at dentsu and HR Director for Spain, Ireland, Africa & Asia at Rovensa. Additionally, Rubén is a Visiting Lecturer in Human Resources at Sagardoy Business & Law School and CESIF. Rubén's leadership in talent and development was demonstrated during the tenure as Vicepresidente at EJE&CON, focusing on promoting professional skills and diversity. Rubén's career began after completing a Master’s in Human Resources from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and a Psychology degree from Universidad de Salamanca, with earlier roles at notable companies including Johnson & Johnson, EMI MUSIC, Procter & Gamble, and GlaxoSmithKline.
