Kelsey B. began their work experience as a Customer Support Representative at RoverPass in November 2021, eventually moving up to Customer Support Lead in March 2022. Kelsey then transitioned to the role of Onboarding Team Lead in September 2022 before becoming a Client Onboarding Manager in December 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success at RoverPass, starting in June 2023. Prior to their time at RoverPass, Kelsey worked as a Flight Attendant at Delta Air Lines from April 2015 to May 2022. Kelsey also served as a Community Brand Ambassador at California Pizza Kitchen from May 2011 to February 2015.
Kelsey B. attended the University of Washington from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature.
