Robert Kadlec

Robert Kadlec has a diverse work experience. Robert is currently working as a System Engineer at RoviSys since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Intern at Virginia Tech from May 2021 to June 2023. Before their research internship, they served as an Office Assistant at Spicer, Olin & Associates, PC from April 2020 to August 2020. In 2019, Robert was an Undergraduate Researcher at Virginia Tech Ind, specifically in the Learning Factory, from August 2019 to May 2020. Robert also worked as a Sales Clerk at Follett from August 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Robert gained experience as a Camp Leader (volunteer) at SEEDS Nature Center from 2015 to 2019.

Robert Kadlec completed their education at Virginia Tech from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a focus on Manufacturing Engineering and Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the IISE Manufacturing and Design Division in 2020, Bloomberg Market Concepts Certification from Bloomberg in 2019, and ADDA Certified Mechanical Drafter from the American Design Drafting Association in 2017.
