Andrew Kozer

Andrew Kozer is an experienced operations and facilities manager currently employed at Row New York since December 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a property manager at Parkoff Management from March 2020 to December 2021. Earlier work experience includes a position as a front desk attendant at Rose Associates from October 2013 to March 2020, and as a barista at Starbucks from December 2012 to September 2013. Andrew also worked as a recreation attendant at Cortland City Youth Center from September 2011 to August 2012 and was an AmeriCorp member at Cortland City Youth Bureau in 2011. Andrew holds an academic background from Tompkins Cortland Community College and is currently pursuing studies at John Jay College (CUNY) since 2012.
