Alan Foster

Alan Foster is the Head of People at Rowan Dartington, where Alan leads the HR & Training agenda. Alan previously worked as an Interim HR Consultant at Foster HR Consulting, as well as in various HR roles at RSA and Lloyds Banking Group. Alan holds a degree in Economics from the University of York.
