Cheryl Gregory

Cheryl Gregory, P.E. serves as a Senior Project Manager at Rowe Professional Services Company since May 2019, focusing on business development and performance in transportation services while supporting various infrastructure markets. Previously, Cheryl held the position of Vice President and served on the Board of Directors at Spalding DeDecker Associates, Inc. from January 2003 to April 2019, overseeing personnel recruitment and financial performance within the transportation engineering division. Cheryl's earlier experience at the Michigan Department of Transportation includes roles as TSC Manager, establishing service centers, and as Supervising Engineer, where responsibilities involved construction contract administration and geotechnical engineering. Cheryl earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and is currently pursuing further education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
