João Pacheco

João Pacheco has been working in the software engineering field since 2015. João started their career at Celfocus as a Software Engineer, where they worked on the development of rich web page applications that simplified the interaction of customer agents with their customers. João was also involved in performance streams that improved the response times in critical flows and collaborated in the definition of several aspects of the project architecture. In 2018, they moved to Feedzai as a Software Engineer and then to Rows in 2019. Additionally, they have had two internships, one at Vodafone in 2015 where they developed a proof of concept that focused on the exploration of new authentications and ways to create voice enabled applications for mobile devices, and another at CISTER - Research Centre in Real-Time and Embedded Computing Systems in 2014, where they implemented a working video-conference system prototype that allowed a remote user to interact physically with others.

João Pacheco obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engenharia Informatica from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto between 2012 and 2015.
