Cathy McInnes

Cathy McInnes is an experienced educator and content creator with a focus on social emotional learning and family engagement. Currently serving as the Creator, Writer, and Editor of the Sel 4 The Soul blog since March 2020, Cathy also works as an Elementary School Teacher at Roxbury Township School District. In addition, Cathy's creative pursuits include managing the family blog Three Kids And A Fish, which shares cooking, DIY projects, and life lessons. Previous roles include Campaign Leader at Collective Bias and writing contributions to Cooking With Ruthie and The Girl Creative. Cathy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
