Rabiye Hamade

Rabiye Hamade is an experienced educator and former talent acquisition specialist, currently serving as a Teacher of Social Studies at Roxbury Township School District since March 2020. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Baseil Associates Inc. from October 2013 to December 2018, where responsibilities included recruiting support staff for law firms and corporations, creating job descriptions, and managing client relationships. Rabiye also worked as a Program Administrator at Succeed2gether, overseeing educational programs for low-income students and significantly improving student test scores. Early teaching experience includes positions at Butler High School and Watchung Hills Regional High School, focusing on curriculum implementation and student engagement. Rabiye holds a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University - Newark and a Double Major Bachelor’s degree in History and International Studies with a focus on Secondary Education from Saint Elizabeth University.
