Etienne Galan

Etienne Galan serves as the CEO of Roxel since September 2020, following an extensive leadership career in the aerospace and defense sectors. Previously, Etienne Galan functioned as Chair of the Board of Directors and a Board Member for the Performance Review Institute from April 2012 to September 2020, and as Quality and Improvement Group Vice President at Safran, where responsibilities included integrating the group quality team and deploying efficiency initiatives. Additional roles at Safran included Vice President of Purchasing, Quality Vice President, and General Manager of the Rotating Parts Center of Excellence. Earlier experience includes positions at Snecma, Liebherr Aerospace, and the French Defense Delegation. Etienne Galan holds multiple advanced degrees in Engineering and Business Management from prestigious institutions including École Polytechnique and INSEAD.
