Paul Arscott

Paul Arscott began their work experience with Wesdome Gold Mines in 2004 as the Chief Geologist at the Kiena Mine. Paul stayed in this role until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked for Gammon Gold as the Chief Geologist at the El Cubo Mine. In 2011, they joined Aurico Gold as the Technical Services Manager at the El Cubo Mine until 2012. In 2012, they briefly worked for AngloGold Ashanti as the Chief Mine Geologist. In 2013, they joined Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. as the Chief Mine Geologist in the D.R. Congo and remained in this role until 2020. Currently, they are working as the Chief Geologist at Roxgold Inc. starting in September 2020.

Paul Arscott attended Concordia University from 1984 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Geology/Earth Science.
