Julie Dorsaneo Healy is an experienced professional in development, marketing, and sales with a robust background in both non-profit and media sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Development & Marketing at ROY MAAS YOUTH ALTERNATIVES, INC. since September 2022, Dorsaneo Healy previously held the position of Director of Development & Marketing at the Animal Defense League of Texas from June 2021 to August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Program Director for the Masters Leadership Program of Greater San Antonio and Sr. Account Executive positions at Clear Channel Media + Entertainment and Infinity Broadcasting, where substantial revenue generation was achieved. Dorsaneo Healy began a professional journey in national radio sales at Eastman Radio, after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism with a Minor in English from Southern Methodist University in 1994.
