Daniel Parcesepe

Daniel Parcesepe has a strong background in IT infrastructure operations and support. Daniel worked as the Head of IT Infrastructure Operations at Roy Morgan from 2018 to the present. In this role, they oversaw infrastructure and technical support, managed the support team, and ensured a high level of service. Daniel also led the procurement and delivery of IT infrastructure and support services and mentored the team to improve technical and customer service skills. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Support Manager at Roy Morgan from 2018 to 2020, where they managed the support team, delivered effective systems support and problem resolution processes, and participated in security audits and policies. Before joining Roy Morgan, Daniel worked at Bonacci Group Pty Ltd as an IT Manager from 2012 to 2018, where they managed and mentored the IT support desk and led IT strategy and innovation. Daniel also served as an IT Coordinator at Bonacci Group from 2006 to 2012.

Daniel Parcesepe has an extensive education history in the field of IT and engineering. In 1995, they attended Box Hill Institute of TAFE, where they obtained an Associate Diploma in Engineering, specializing in electronic and computer systems. In 2004, they completed Microsoft training at Drake Professional Training, focusing on Windows Server 2000 and Workstation Administration. In 2012, Daniel pursued further certifications and training, including an ITIL Certification from ITIL, Microsoft Training in Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 from Logitrain, and Cisco Certification (CCNA 640-802) from Logitrain Training.
