Kasia Kuchnicka has a diverse work experience, beginning in 1999 as a freelance trombonist in both classical and non-classical music projects. In 2010, they started working at the Royal Albert Hall as a Steward, responsible for customer safety and satisfaction. Kasia then worked as a Box Office Assistant, dealing with ticketing orders and providing information to customers. Later, they became a Contact Centre Manager, overseeing call routing plans and providing support to telephony users. Most recently, Kasia held the position of Wellbeing Lead, managing a network that promoted the health and wellbeing of the Hall's staff. Additionally, they have experience as a Front of House Manager at Opera Holland Park, where they recruited and trained front of house staff and ensured a safe and enjoyable experience for customers. Throughout their career, Kasia has shown a passion for music, connecting with people through their musical abilities.
Kasia Kuchnicka obtained a Master of Music in Advanced Performance with a concentration in Tenor Trombone from the Royal College of Music between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Tenor Trombone from Akademia Muzyczna im. I.J. Paderewskiego w Poznaniu between 2005 and 2008. Additionally, they earned various certifications, including Certified L.C Wellbeing from Raw Horizons Wellbeing Solutions in 2023, Mental Health Awareness in the Music Industry from Tonic Music for Mental Health in 2023, Microsoft Excel 2016 Intermediate from QA Ltd in 2019, and First Aid at work from St.John Ambulance First Aid industry training & Health in April 2018. Kasia also completed training to become a Mental Health First Aider through Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
