Sam Dipnall is an experienced professional who has held various managerial roles in the legal and human rights sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Membership Development at the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists, Sam has demonstrated leadership in managing mentoring programs, workforce development initiatives, and mental health charity projects. With a background in human rights advocacy and policy research, Sam’s expertise extends to areas such as community legal education, human rights defenders’ advocacy, and legal reform. Graduating with a Master's degree in Human Rights Law from Monash University, Sam's career spans across roles in community legal services, legal coordination, and policy development.
