Caitlin Siostrom

Caitlin Siostrom serves as the Chief Privacy Officer and Head of Enterprise Compliance Management at RBC since February 2021, leading the Global Privacy Office and overseeing compliance practices. Previously, Caitlin held roles at Deloitte Canada, focusing on financial industry risk and regulatory needs, and at ASIC, where responsibilities included leading the Corporate Governance Taskforce and serving as a Senior Lawyer in corporate governance and capital markets. Prior experience also includes working as a Senior Associate Lawyer at the Financial Conduct Authority and as a Legal Support Officer at the Department of Public Prosecutions. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with honors from Queensland University of Technology, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance, and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
