Summer McPhee

Summer McPhee has over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, currently serving as Manager of Sales Initiatives & Enablement at RBC since August 2010. Previous roles at RBC include Credit Structure Specialist, Branch Manager, and Mortgage Specialist, where responsibilities included leading branch objectives, coaching staff, managing client relationships, and providing financial advice. Prior to RBC, Summer held the position of Senior Personal Banking Officer & Securities Investment Advisor at Fidelity Bank Bahamas Ltd., managing banking and investment accounts and advising clients on asset allocation. Summer also gained experience at the Inter-American Development Bank as a Budget Officer & Conference Intern and as an Accounts Intern at Hotel Arboledas Galerias. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Financial Analyst - Level I from the CFA Institute, a Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute, and an International Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from York University, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of the Bahamas.
