Umut Incekas

Umut Incekas is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in database administration and system programming. Currently serving as a Senior Db2 for z/OS System Programmer at RBC since January 2024, Umut previously held the role of Database Administrator at Atos Syntel, where responsibilities included administering Db2 for z/OS for John Hancock Global Wealth and Asset Management from November 2019 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes managing IBM IMS and DB2 for z/OS at Türkiye İş Bankası from July 2015 to September 2019, and holding the position of Configuration Specialist at GENEKS International, with roles focused on version control and database object management. An internship in programming at KaTron Defence Aerospace and Simulation Technologies Inc. provided additional hands-on experience in software development. Umut holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sabanci University, completed in 2011.
