Andrew Stephenson

Andrew Stephenson possesses extensive experience in business development and project management, particularly within the charity sector. Currently serving as the Partnerships and Innovation Manager at Sight Scotland since January 2020, Andrew focuses on sustainable income generation through trading and fundraising initiatives. Prior to this, Andrew worked as Development Coordinator at The Rock Trust, creating evidence-based services to assist young people experiencing homelessness. Andrew’s background also includes significant roles at Edinburgh Leisure, where responsibilities encompassed securing external funding and building community engagement, as well as early career experience at CANONGATE YOUTH PROJECT LIMITED and the Scottish Seabird Centre. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Stirling.
