Colin Hilditch

Colin Hilditch has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Colin has served as the Head of Community Services at Sight Scotland, where they were responsible for managing and developing community support programs for individuals with sight loss. Colin also worked as a Service Development Manager at the same organization. Prior to this, Colin worked as the Education Business Manager at The Royal Blind School, overseeing daily operations and responsibilities such as finance, service development, staff management, contract management, and risk management. Colin has also worked as a Business Manager at FOUR SQUARE (SCOTLAND), responsible for financial management, business development, marketing, infrastructure management, governance, and legal affairs. Colin has experience in project management, having served as a Project Manager at Diageo, where they were involved in brand change management and stakeholder management. Colin also held the position of Corporate Services Business Manager at the Scottish Prison Service, focusing on business planning, governance, finance, and project management. Furthermore, Colin worked as a Project Manager at Diageo, specializing in brand change management for the Latin American market. Colin has held senior management roles at Family and Community Development West Lothian and Simply Play, where they were responsible for employee relations, finance, and budgetary oversight. Colin also owned a corporate consultancy business called Peoplescreen Ltd, where they provided HR and business development services to clients. Colin started their career as a Regional and National BDM in various roles.

Colin Hilditch attended Edinburgh Napier University from 1991 to 1994, where they pursued a Chartered Banker Degree. During this time, their field of study focused on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. In 2006 to 2007, Colin furthered their education at the Association of Corporate Treasurers, attaining a Certificate in International Cash Management.
