Jessica Liu

Jessica Liu is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto since September 2023, Jessica has been with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. since January 2015, progressing through various roles including Sous Chef, Chef De Partie, Senior Cook, and Cook. Additionally, Jessica has gained experience as a Cook at the Royal Canadian Military Institute since June 2014 and has held positions in the restaurant industry, including Assistant Manager at Pho Bien Vietnamese Restaurant. Jessica's academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Culinary Arts – Culinary Management from George Brown College and degrees from National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism and Chihlee Institute of Technology in relevant fields.
