Cezar Kolodziej

Cezar Kolodziej is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development across multiple industries, including hospitality, e-commerce, and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering for Mobile and Web Applications at Royal Caribbean Group since October 2018, Cezar leads development efforts for guest-facing and enterprise products across multiple brands. Previous roles include serving as the Head of Engineering for the eCommerce Program at Royal Caribbean Group, Director of Technology at SapientRazorfish, and Founder of DRIVEBOX Automation. Cezar has also held significant positions at Motorola, where responsibilities included chief software architect and leading major projects in multimedia messaging and mobile switching systems. In academia, Cezar contributes as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Illinois at Chicago, teaching courses in entrepreneurship. Cezar holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
