Jay Schneider

Jay Schneider is currently serving as the Chief Product Innovation Officer (CXO) at Royal Caribbean Group since November 2016. Jay also holds the position of Senior Vice President, Digital at the same company. In addition, Jay is a Board Member at Memorial Hermann Health System since January 2020. Prior to these roles, Jay worked at The Walt Disney Company from 2011 to 2016, holding various leadership positions in digital guest experience and product. Jay also has experience as Director in internet strategy at UW Health from 2001 to 2007. Jay is an alum of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
