Marinol Parra

Marinol Parra, CRSP, is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Royal Caribbean Group, Marinol has previously held positions such as Technical Recruiter and HR Business Partner at GoTu, and Recruitment Business Partner at Baker McKenzie. Marinol's career also includes roles at Deltek as a Technical Recruiter, and at Ingram Micro in various capacities including Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing Specialist, Senior HR Coordinator, and Recruitment Coordinator. Marinol holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Far Eastern University, completed between 2008 and 2012, and furthered education at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde from 2018 to 2019.
