Michael Morell

Michael Morell, CISSP, is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in network security and engineering. Currently serving as Enterprise Security Architect Lead at Royal Caribbean Group since April 2023, Morell also holds the position of President and Owner at DirectionWeb, where advanced and emergency consulting services are provided. Previous roles include Senior Security Specialist at The Walt Disney Company, Information Security Officer at Tellus, LLC., and Information Security Manager at United International Trust, where responsibilities included architecture and maintenance of security infrastructure and risk assessments. Morell's career spans various leadership roles, mentoring teams, and overseeing complex security operations across multiple organizations since 1998. An alumnus of Spanish River High School and a veteran of the United States Army, Morell has built a robust expertise in cybersecurity and operational management.
