Fran Carroll

Fran Carroll is currently working as the Head of Projects (Clinical Quality) at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists since March 2015. Prior to this, Fran held the role of National Maternity and Perinatal Audit Lead at the same institution. Fran has a background in research, having worked as a Research Associate and Assistant at the University of Bristol, where they also completed a PhD in Primary Health Care. Fran's thesis focused on decision making associated with antenatal screening for Down's syndrome. Fran holds a MSc in Health Psychology from the University of Derby and a BSc in Applied Psychology from Durham University.
