Adeline Clement is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as a Regional Surgical Ambassador at The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh since May 2023. Adeline has been a Consultant Orthopaedic and Hand Surgeon at NHS Highland since May 2019 and holds the position of Foundation Programme Director North at NHS Education for Scotland since July 2021. Additionally, Adeline is an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the University of Aberdeen and an ATLS Instructor with The Royal College of Surgeons of England. Previous roles include participation in the BOA Future Leaders Programme and a Senior Orthopaedic Hand and Wrist Fellowship at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. Adeline's training includes a Master of Science in Clinical Education from the University of Aberdeen and completion of the North of Scotland Orthopaedic Training Programme. Adeline's academic journey also includes an MBChB from the University of Aberdeen and a foundation of education in A-Levels and high school in Malaysia.
