Mike Proudlock has extensive experience in IT management, with a career spanning over 30 years. Mike began their career in the Royal Navy, where they held various positions in network planning and management. After leaving the Navy, Mike worked in the healthcare sector as the Head of Information and IT Services, transforming the department into a proactive and cost-effective function. Mike then transitioned to the shipping industry, where they served as the Senior Development Manager for P&O Ferries. In this role, they oversaw a large team and provided support for various systems and functions. Mike's next role was as the Regional IT Director for Del Monte Fresh Produce EMEA, managing IT operations across multiple locations. Mike then joined The Carbon Trust as the Head of IT, responsible for providing IT services to users across multiple locations, reducing operational costs, and leading a major ERP project. Following this, Mike worked as the IS Programme Manager for Tate, where they successfully delivered a large-scale IT transformation program. Mike then joined ASG Worldwide as the IT Director, leading the recovery and transformation of failing ERP projects and delivering infrastructure and application changes to support strategic initiatives. Most recently, Mike served as the Head of IT at The Royal College of Surgeons of England. Overall, Mike's experience demonstrates their ability to successfully lead and manage IT initiatives across diverse industries and organizations.
Mike Proudlock completed their BSc degree in Physics from Imperial College London from 1977 to 1980. Mike then pursued an MBA from Henley Business School from 1997 to 2001.
