Steven Robinson

Steven Robinson is the Vice President of Human Resources. He joined Royal Containers in 2017 and is responsible for leading the human resources department, with a focus on developing and executing talent acquisition, and employee relations strategies that represent Royal Containers' culture and values. As a member of the executive team, he contributes directly to the long and short-term objectives of the organization. Steve oversees HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee experience and partners with leaders across the organization.

Steve has over 25 years of human resources management experience with 18 years in leadership roles. Some areas of expertise include: Leading company-wide HR projects; influencing managers and driving organizational initiatives; cost-benefit and compensation analysis; HR process improvement and talent and performance management. Earlier, he began with a career in policing and was on the front lines with Peel Regional Police.

While being an active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association he also coaches competitive soccer and volunteers with community organizations.
