Bart van der Bent

Bart van der Bent currently serves as the Manager HR Infrastructuur at Royal FloraHolland, where responsibilities include overseeing all HR systems and processes and managing departments such as HR Change and DevOps. Previously held roles at Royal FloraHolland include (Sr.) HR Partner, focusing on organizational development and team culture, as well as a position in the Young Potential Program aimed at strategic management and personal leadership. Bart has a Post Bachelor in Organization Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
