Lonneke de Bas

Lonneke de Bas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Transformation & Continuous Improvement at Royal FloraHolland since December 2022, Lonneke has previously held senior management roles at ProRail and extensive positions at VodafoneZiggo, where responsibilities ranged from Network Inventory Management to operations development. Lonneke took a sabbatical from October 2018 to March 2020 to spend time with family. Earlier in the career path, Lonneke gained leadership experience at Aegon, Anglia Telecom Netherlands, and TTG Netherlands. Lonneke holds a Master's degree in Business Administration specializing in Strategy, Marketing, and Distribution from Radboud University and a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
