Walter Minderhoud

Walter Minderhoud is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Expertise & Recruitment at Royal FloraHolland since February 2020, Walter leads the HR expert team and recruitment efforts. Prior to this role, Walter was the Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Essent, where responsibilities included developing policies aligned with international standards and local needs and participating in the international Comp&Ben Leadership Team of innogy SE. Walter's earlier experience includes a tenure at Aegon Nederland as Compensation & Benefits Manager, overseeing negotiation with labor organizations and managing compensation policies, as well as policy advisory roles within various organizations focused on pension and labor conditions. Walter holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, and Law from HZ University of Applied Sciences.
