Matthew Bidwell

Matthew Bidwell is a highly experienced Principal Geologist at Royal Gold Inc., where employment has continued since August 2011. Prior to this role, Matthew served as Manager of Exploration GIS at Newmont Mining Corporation from 2003 to 2008. Matthew holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned between 1984 and 1986, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Geology/Earth Science from Macalester College, obtained from 1976 to 1981.
