Lotte van Boxmeer

Lotte van Boxmeer has significant experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. From 2019 to present, they are the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Royal HaskoningDHV, where they lead a team of 20 employees and is responsible for the recruitment strategy, operational excellence, employer branding, and coaching. Prior to this role, they were a Lead Recruiter at Royal HaskoningDHV from 2019 to 2020. Lotte also has experience as a Key-account Manager and Advisor in the fields of industry, engineering, and internal communication at companies such as Continu, Univé, and Planon. Lotte started their career as an HR Assistant at Randstad in 2010.

Lotte van Boxmeer has a Master's degree in Bedrijfscommunicatie, communicatie & beinvloeding from Radboud University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Before that, they pursued a Minor in Empressariales (organisatiewetenschappen) at Universidad de Sevilla from 2008 to 2009. Lotte also completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Languages at HAN University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they completed a propedeuse in Psychology at Radboud University in 2006. Lotte's education history began with their VWO at zwijsen college from 1997 to 2003.
