J V possesses extensive experience in aviation and military operations, currently serving as a freelance AS350 B3e pilot at Semper Labora Services since March 2024. As Wing Operations Manager at the 15th wing Air Transport of the Belgian Air Force since May 2019 and Search and Rescue Captain at 40 Sqn SAR Koksijde since 2006, J V participates in QRA missions and holds the role of Public Relations Officer for the squadron. The career includes service as a pilot with the Belgian Air Force since 1996, progressing from an A109 helicopter pilot to a SAR Pilot and later a Captain on the Seaking Mk48.
